Our experienced in-house team offer a comprehensive venue capacity calculation service using the latest 3D design and visualisation software.

This gives us the capability to recalculate event space capacities, with all forms of seating arrangement, in keeping with current social distancing measures.

We create 3D drawings and capacity charts for your team and can also supply all necessary safety signage and hygiene elements. We are able to work with any exisiting scaled floorplans that you may have and are also able to make site visits in order to measure spaces if necessary.

Production of a capacity table for each event space, detailing capacities for each layout option (cabaret, theatre, classroom, banquetting style and dinner capacities).

For conferences, team building and parties, our Hybrid solutions enable venues to maximise on-site capacity AND share the entire event on a live virtual platform for any guests that are unable to attend.

Provision of a ‘cleaned up’ CAD drawing for each event space with furnishings laid out to accommodate for social distancing (also provided in scaled PDF drawings).
